Amber Rock is twice roasted matured in American oak barrels , resulting in a whiskey -bodied, full of vanilla , citrus and oak notes . It is inspired in part by the color of whiskey Cardhu - 'Black Rock' . Tasting notes: Nose: Apple slices sprinkled -Canela , a good drizzle of honey and a hint of orange zest. Boca : Lemons , caramel , vanilla and spices , drizzled with honey. Finish: Subtle oak and bitter orange. 70cl / 40 %
