Havana Club is a brand of rum that is manufactured in Santa Cruz del Norte, Cuba. The brand was established in 1878 by Joseph Arechabalas, born in Gordexola, (Biscay, Basque Country) and was nationalized in 1959 after the Cuban Revolution.

Since 1993 is produced by Havana Club International consortium, which is a joint venture between Pernod Ricard and the Cuban government.
