Grape Type: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
floral softness and bright minerality typical of Dom Pérignon.
Golden color with green hues.
The first nose, fresh, clear and firm, reveals an original universe, vegetable, water, mixing white pepper and gardenia. The maturity of the wine is offered then gently and lightly before we can feel his inflections of peat.
The attack in the mouth comes direct prelude to an amplitude that becomes lewd and emparrarse seems like a creeper. The notes of aniseed and dried ginger glide over the skin of a fruit (pear and mango) more tactile than fleshy. The finish is stretched and serene, calm, mature, diffuse.
