Dom Pérignon Vintage 2002 Magnum

Dom Perignon is known as one of the best champagnes in the world.
The year 2002 was exceptional climatologically, a year characterized by lots of sunshine and regular rainfall more intense being a little bit before harvesting which helped to get new and better standards of grape ripening. So harvest was exceptional.
According to Richard Geffrey, Chef de Cave, this vintage is more attractive and more open wine in other vintages, thanks to the maturity of the fruit.

Tasting Notes:
Sight Tasting: Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Bright and clean. Fine and continuous bubbles forming a good crown.
Tasting the nose: At first intensely floral presented. Immediately surprises with an explosion of aromas of ripe fruit (apricot) almost tropical and citrus with a wide range of nuts, yeast and pastry and hints of maturity with subtle smoke and toast. Complexity of aromas that are presented in a very elegant.
Flavour: The Dom Perignon Vintage 2002 immediately captivates us. Step smooth and silky. Intense and warm while fresh fruit centered gradually let the cream, nuts, spices, ... Subtle and elegant touch of underlying bitterness. Rich and opulent flavors, with a wonderful ending.
